The Original Round Top Antiques Fair is the show that started it all over 50 years ago.
Founded by the late Emma Lee Turney in 1968 “The Show” as known by Round Top veterans, has become one of the largest antique shows in the country.
Every spring, fall and winter, over a hundred thousand shoppers from all over the country and world visit Round Top, Texas (population 90).

Stockyards Championship Rodeo Fort Worth

The Stockyards Championship Rodeo is a weekly rodeo held every Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 PM in the historic Cowtown Coliseum, known as the home of the world's first indoor rodeo. This year-round event features timed events like roping and barrel racing, as well as rough stock events such as bull riding and bronc riding. Attendees can also enjoy a calf or mutton scramble for kids under 12.

Oktoberfest
September 25 - 27th 2025

Fort Worth Oktoberfest is a three-day Munich-style celebration of German culture featuring authentic German food, biergartens with German and craft beers, live polka and party bands, and traditional entertainment like stein hoisting competitions, dachshund races, and carnival rides. The festival brings a taste of Bavaria to Texas, including a ceremonial keg tapping to mark the official start of the celebration.

Pumpkin Nights at Howell Farms

​Pumpkin Nights at Howell Farms is a family-friendly, immersive Halloween event featuring a half-mile walking trail through fantastical lands built with over 7,500 hand-carved real and artificial pumpkins. Visitors can explore themed areas like the Forbidden City and Pirate's Cove, encountering large-scale displays such as a life-size pumpkin pirate ship and a 40-foot flying dragon. The event also includes a Pumpkin Village with food, games, and entertainment like fire dancers.

Thrust and Thunder Car Show September 20th | 9am - 12pm

The Thrust and Thunder Car Show is an annual, family-friendly event in Fort Worth hosted by the Goodguys Rod & Custom Association that features an expansive display of hot rods, custom trucks, muscle cars, and classics, a large swap meet, and live entertainment including drifting exhibitions and a Nitro Thunderfest. It also includes a special "AMD Live" exhibit, an AutoCross racing competition, a model car make-and-take, and awards for the best vehicles.
